Policy & Procedure Development
We work with our clients on Strategic planning and developing Policies and Procedures (P&P) for their organizations. In order for an organization to run smoothly, Comply with DBHDD and Medicaid guidelines and policies this is an extremely important part of your success.
Each organization is different and unique. The development of policies and procedures should reflect how services are delivered at your location, improve communications and guide your staff in the correct procedures to use. At the same time, we know requirements that are needed in policies and procedures and we can help you streamline some of your required Policies and Procedures because of our subject matter expertise.
Qualified DDP (Developmental Disabilities Professional)
EPIC Professionals offers DDP services through consultants qualified to meet standards set by DBHDD. Our consultants will work collaboratively alongside your program staff to develop and monitor ISP programs that yield successful outcomes for each person served as well as the program as a whole.
