Delano Williams II

Delano Williams II is an Organizational Development Consultant who works with Developmental Disabilities Providers to build efficient, competent, and compliant services for people with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities.

He created EPIC Professionals LLC to support small and medium-sized DD providers.  Delano believes agencies can do things the “right way” with measurable outcomes and within budget.

After nearly 20 years of experience in human services, Delano understands the complexities as well as the opportunities for success in the provision of services through the Medicaid waivers. His work is relevant to all levels of the organization from the overnight DSP up to and including Executive Directors and CEO’s.  His experiences include direct support professional, house manager, QI/Compliance officer, Human resource, and Executive Director for a nonprofit. Delano works closely with local government and non-government entities to maintain and build competencies in the latest best practices in the human services field.

He is also experienced in using Microsoft Office and a variety of web-based Electronic Health systems.  Delano holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and a Master’s degree in Human Services.
