Crisis Prevention and De-escalation
EPIC Professionals can support your organizations training needs by providing the DBHDD required annual Crisis Prevention training. We offer Mindset training which focuses on staff awareness of the environment, agency policy, and the person served in order to reduce or even eliminate high risk behaviors. The P.A.S.S. method will empower your staff to better manage challenging behaviors/situations and help to develop skills to prevent them in the future.
